Engineers draw up detailed notes on technical parameters and possible solutions, schemes for major routes and networks, and locations supplied with power, water and others are determined. Prepare estimates of necessary facilities on the basis of which preliminary agreements are drawn up with suppliers of electricity, water, gas and telephone. PDB is drawn.
